I had a lot of complications with my original reduction. I waited like my Dr told me to. Now, I am 3 years post op and the asymmetry has gotten worse. I am thankful for what I have so far since I went from a 34H to a 32C but is there any way for this to get fixed so it's more symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing, I am only 22 and want to feel beautiful in my body?
Answer: Mini Lift Your breasts are bottoming out as the skin envelope has inadequate strength to hold up the weight of the breast tissue. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Almost 3 years post-op from a breast reduction, 2 revisions and a nipple repair surgery. What are my options? Proceed with caution. Each additional procedure makes symmetry more and more difficult. We would have to discuss specific concerns to come up with careful solutions.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Loving972572, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breast reduction I would not get any revision and it seems like your surgeon feels you have a good result. Asymmetry is part of plastic surgery, your asymmetry does not warrant revision.
