What surgeries should I get? My last surgeon was dismissive about my questions (Photo)

Hi, I just need second opinions before I go ahead. I want a more masculine lower face, but my last surgeon wanted me to just leave his office in a hurry. Dismissed some of my concerns. I think that jaw augment ,infraorbital implants upturned nose reduction and lip reduction would work. Need second opinions.
