Medpor Wraparound jawline implant asymmetry and options to fix other than complete removal? (Photo)

I had a wraparound jawline implant made of Medpor material about 8 months ago. My right side is much smaller and less angular than the left side. What are my options to fix the asymmetry besides complete removal of the implant?? Can I have fillers over a Medpor jaw implant? Can I have a soft tissue overlay implant? Maybe partial removal and replacement?

Fillers could provide a temporary solution for repairing the asymmetry problem, but that is something you will always have to do, which could result in other issues. 
I would not recommend soft tissue overlay implants over the medpore ones. We must understand why you have the asymmetry in the first place. 
I have had very similar cases to yours, and after weighing the possibilities, we have always chosen to remove the medpore implants and replace them with custom-made ones. It is a better alternative that reduces short and long-term complications. It can also be a good opportunity to make adjustments based on the current results.
