I can feel my implant shell right through my skin on lower pole of my breast

I had an infection at 3 wks. The infection was removed implant replaced and they lowered that side as they were uneven. Now i can feel implant shell all underneath like its right on my skin with no tissue muscle covering it and i also have a dent on clevage that seems to be where i can start to feel the implant shell then right thru under near the scar I got 560cc hp siliocone round under the muscle

These problems sound consistent with someone that has had an implant infection.  The replacement after infection is most often a less cosmetic outcome.  The goals are less stringent and there is a requirement to accept a lesser outcome.

Hello there You are likely to feel the implant where there is little soft tissue to cover it . Your muscle doesn't cover the implant all the way down and if you are slim with large implants such as yours then you are likely to be able to feel the edge of the implant along the lower border of the breast .If your implants are behind the muscle then the dent in the cleavage is likely to be where the muscle division starts .560g is a large implant and if you are slim and petite it may be hard for your breast to conceal them .CheersTS
