What do you recommend for lump then hole in breast? (Photo)

I did my breast reduction back in June 2006 and two months ago I started feeling a lump in my left breast right side the lump. The lump went but today started feeling a itvh wet to scratch and the skin burst there was white stuff with bloodcomin out it has now left a smll hole in my breast.

Hi there it is the axillary tail of the breast that was removed, it sounds like she had a hematoma or seroma. It happens sometimes and the body absorbs it but it may take a couple of months. Wearing a compression bra and daily massage with antiinflammatory gel like Voltarol will speed it up.
