Can I sue my plastic surgeon for my Breast Augmentation which I am not at all happy with?

I went to a arrogant careless plastic surgeon following him not really listening to me I have undesirable results. Will I be able to sue? I was treated poorly.

I can't tell whether you can sue him without knowing the particulars of your case.  You can consult an attorney if you like, but you are looking at a long tough, uphill battle.  You need to prove that he violated the standard of care and that you were harmed.  That's a lot harder to prove than you might think.

It is your right as a USA citizen to seek legal recourse in ANY situation. But first see an attorney to see if you have any merit to proceeding with an expensive path. There has to be findings that were below the medical/surgical standard of care. Because you chose poorly and ended up not liking the chosen surgeon is not a reason to proceed with a suit...

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the results of your surgery.  That said a poor result is not necessarily grounds for malpractice.  You would have to show that your result is below standard in the community.  I might suggest you go back to your surgeon and in a non confrontational manner express your unhappinessDr Corbin

If the surgery was below the standard of care on a national basis, the answer is maybe. If you have a reasonable result but are just not happy, then of course not. See a surgeon you actually like to get this redone.
