I am 58 years old, slim and fit but with a multi-problem behind: Sagging, wrinkles and lack of definition. Part of this is related to age, but also to a loss of about 8 pounds over the past 2 years. I do not have the downtime for a BBL &am considering Sculptra. But I also wonder if addressing the wrinkles/cellulite and/or reducing fat on upper thighs would do enough to improve the overall look while I continue to exercise to tone and firm

I think you would be a good candidate for a Sculptra BBL based on your photos and your description. You have some areas that would benefit from some collagen stimulation. I do not think that small hanging area could be corrected but by working on other areas you may be able to mask that by...
