Am I good candidate for a Sculptra butt lift? (Photo)

I train hard and I’m very low in body fat. I don’t have any to transfer to get a lift. I am very bothered by the assymmetry and especially the hanging on my right side. It is taking forever to build muscle to fill up the area. Would sculptra help fill me out so that I don’t have the sagging? If so, a guess at how much I’d need?Thanks for the advice!
