I had Botox over one year ago and developed one droopy brow and one Spock brow. My nurse injector said that nothing can be done about it. I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon 2 mos ago for brow lift but he advised against it. He recommended blepharoplasty. He injected a small amount of Botox above the arched brow to help bring it down but it didn’t do anything. Is there anything I can do?
Answer: Spock brow The Spock Brow look should be able to be softened with Botox. I encourage you to visit with an experienced injector for treatment. You can also consider upper blepharoplasty to address the heaviness of the lids, however this will not correct the elevated brow.

Answer: Permanent Spock brow In response to the uneven brow appearance due to Botox, a few options are available: 1. More Botox injections to correct the issue.2. Patience as Botox effects usually fade in 3-6 months.3. Physical therapy exercises for facial muscle balance.4. Consultation with another specialist for a second opinion.5. Blepharoplasty, a surgical procedure that can help with brow position.6. Non-surgical treatments like laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, or dermal fillers.

Answer: Neurotoxin such as Botox or Dysport can be used to correct this by relaxing the muscles responsible for this expression. "Botox for Spock brow" refers to the use of Botox injections to address a specific facial expression that resembles the raised and arched eyebrows of the fictional character Mr. Spock from the Star Trek series. This expression often involves raised outer eyebrows, creating a somewhat surprised or quizzical appearance. Botox can be used to correct this by relaxing the muscles responsible for this expression. Here's how Botox can be used to address the Spock brow: 1. Consultation: The first step is to consult with a qualified and experienced healthcare provider who specializes in cosmetic treatments. During the consultation, you'll discuss your concerns and goals. 2. Treatment Plan: Your provider will create a personalized treatment plan, which may involve injecting Botox into specific facial muscles to relax them and reduce the Spock brow appearance. 3. Botox Injections: Botox will be injected into the targeted muscles using very fine needles. The injections are usually quick and relatively painless, and no anesthesia is typically required. The treatment can be done in a clinical setting. 4. Results: Botox works by temporarily paralyzing or weakening the treated muscles. Over the following days and weeks, the muscles relax, and the Spock brow expression diminishes. The results are not immediate but become more noticeable within 1-2 weeks. 5. Follow-Up: You may be asked to return for a follow-up appointment to assess the results and make any necessary adjustments. It's important to choose an experienced and skilled provider for Botox treatments to ensure that the procedure is performed safely and effectively. Botox for the Spock brow can help create a more natural and balanced appearance, but it's essential to have realistic expectations about the outcome. As with any cosmetic procedure, there may be some temporary side effects, such as mild redness or swelling at the injection site, but these typically subside within a few days. The results of Botox treatments for the Spock brow can last for several months, and subsequent treatments may be required to maintain the desired look. Hope that helps!..Lena

Answer: Spock brow I think that an experienced physician injector should be able to at least give you some improvement. I would see someone who does this every day and has excellent knowledge of the possible drug options and anatomy.

Answer: Correction, Mr. Spock brow I know exactly what you’re referring to because I have exactly the same issue. However, I am not bothered by it but you clearly are. I believe that botox should help you, but it needs to be injected in proper places in and more than just one in order to have a good results. I would revisit with a different Plastic surgeon And see what can be done. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
