Hi. I have severe cellulite that make my butt cheek look retracted. I've had two rounds of subcision and BBL. It didn't improve. Well, minimally. It's my biggest issue and I'm starting to think that there's nothing to do. I know it's a complex issue linked to tissue, but is there any type of filler or combination of treatment that could help this ? I thought about butt implants but the risk of infection worries me.
