I was in a first bike accident 8 years ago that left my with a lip scar on my lower right lip that formed a ridge of tissue. 2 years ago I had a wedge excision done to remove some of that tissue which I believe the surgeon took out too much tissue. This resulted in a tight tethered scar and shortening of my lower lip. My lip is now numb at the scar and yhas not improved in over 2 years. The tightness has not improved either. Will subcision and filler or possibly even a graft help?
