I feel as though my crowns are slanted slightly to one side and possibly a mm off the midline.

Hello and thank you for your question. The best way to answer this is with an in-person evaluation. While it is possible to adjust crowns, if necessary, too much adjustment can weaken the integrity of the crown which can lead to future problems. I recommend following up with your Dentist or consulting a Prosthodontist about your concerns. A Prosthodontist is a dental specialist who has advanced training in restoring and replacing teeth and can create a customized treatment using the latest techniques in dental crowns if an adjustment is necessary.

Your front teeth should mirror images of each other, identical twins if you will. They are not. I suggest talking to your dentist about your options.
