I want skin removed on my stretched ear and I still want to have my ears stretched and I was wondering if there's a surgery to get my ear lobes bigger without stretchers.
Answer: Earlobe surgery Earlobe surgery can be performed to reshape your earlobes to make them more proportionate. If you’d like to make your earlobes bulkier, they can be reshaped once you’ve recovered from this initial procedure.

Answer: An earlobe repair is needed to remove excess skin Earlobe repair is a common procedure in our plastic surgery office. I employ a technique that involves removing the excess scar tissue and reapproximating the tissue planes in multiple layers to recontour the earlobe after gauges, torn earlobes, or stretched out earlobes. Sometimes, the same procedure is used to restore contour to a pixie ear after facelift surgery or facial surgery. Gauge correction is a popular treatment. Insurance typically does not cover the procedure in California, but it all depends on your insurance policy. Costs are typically between six hundred dollars and one thousand dollars depending on the complexity of the repair. Pixie ear repair involves correction of the facelift flap and is a more complex procedure that requires anesthesia. Aftercare for earlobe repair involves proper wound care, Plato’s Scar Serum at least twice daily, with repiercing of the earlobe if requested, in 6 weeks. It is best to have a plastic surgeon perform the procedure and help with scars in the post-procedure period. Plato’s Scar Serum, wound care, and Neosporin are used. Answer: Skin stretching of earlobe Surgery can fix the stretched ear under local anesthesia. The hole would essentially be closed after excising the excess skin. Scar tissue will form. You can then attempt to place a gauge for re-stretching after the earlobe is fully healed.Good luck,Dr. Mizuguchi

Answer: Earlobe Repair Yes, this can be fixed! The procedure starts with a numbing injection to the area, followed by the excision of the inner edges of the piercing, then the incision will be closed with a few stitches. The stitches are removed in 5 days and you can re-pierce the ear in 2 months. Seek a consultation wit a board certified plastic surgeon for pricing infomation as it will vary. Good luck, Dean Vistnes.
