How to fix asymmetrical nostrils?

I am 18 and never had any nose surgeries or broke my nose but I was born at 23 weeks. my nose really bothers me and it is one of my biggest insecurities. how can this be fixed

A full set of pictures are required to determine what's making the nostrils asymmetrical. A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish straightening the nostrils. Occasionally, a septoplasty is also required.

Asymmetric nostrils can be secondary to various causes.  It is best to have an in person consultation to examine and assess your nose.  The cartilages that make up the tip can themselves be asymmetric--the lower lateral cartilages.  Also, the septum my be deviated and this can cause asymmetry of the nostrils.  A rhinoplasty can address these concerns.

Hello, pictures would be necessary to comment on the nostrils.  In general, for the nostrils there are techniques symmetrize the nostrils which involve cartilage grafting or trimming the lower cartilages of the nose.  Make sure to consult with plastic surgeon who can discuss the recovery and postop period of doing these procedures.

Nostril asymmetry can occur both in
width and height and there can also be width asymmetries in nostrils.  Generally, soft tissue reductions of the
nostril base can fix vertical and horizontal discrepancies.  Wedge resections can thin the apparent width
of a nostril and generally most patients are pleased with these
treatments.  Most nostril adjustment
surgeries can be performed under local anesthesia with a quick recovery.

Asymmetric nostrils can usually be improved. Perfect symmetry is rare in the human body, whether or not a patient has surgery. Sand in front of a mirror; no part of your body is symmetrical. Having said all of that, I need to see pictures to be more specific.
