Will stopping Accutane while on holiday affect my results?

Hi, I have been on accutane for about 5 months or so now. I am going on holiday to vietnam for 23 days at the start of december. I am wondering whether I should continue accutane while on holiday at the risk of having to drink (not too heavily) while there, and in having lowered immune function at the same time, or if I should stop for 23 days then resume. If I stop will it affect my long-term results? and would I effectively be clearing out the accutane from my system and have to start over?

Accutane (Isotretinoin) is a powerful medication used for treating severe acne and it's usually taken for a course of several months. If you stop taking Accutane for a short period, such as a holiday, it might not significantly affect your overall results, especially if you've been on the medication for a while. However, it's possible that your acne could temporarily worsen after stopping the medication, and then improve again once you restart.
It's also worth noting that Accutane can have serious side effects and should not be stopped or started without the guidance of a healthcare provider. Please discuss your plans with your doctor to ensure a safe and effective treatment plan.
