Hi, I am on my second round of accutane (brand "acnetrex"). My first round worked wonders. However, I quickly relapsed. I broke out badly on my second round until it stopped recently. I am 5 months into my second round (5g to 20g to 30g a day) and got my blood test results back. My LDL is high at 135, but the reference interval for optimal is below 130. During my first round, derma A was not concerned. Now on my second round, derma B wants to taper my dosage down to 20g. Who is right?
