A bit of yellow drainage coming from one of the removals. Is it normal?

I had two moles removed from my face yesterday around 3pm followed with stitches. my doctor told me to keep it covered just for the first 24 hours then to just clean it with soap and water and to apply the ointment he provided. Today I removed the gause he put on and cleaned it as he said. Just a while ago I showered and cleaned it again but didn't put a bandage as he said only to keep it covered the first 24 hours. As I'm getting out the shower I noticed a bit of yellow drainage is it normal
