Cyst/pimple like structure on the mole removal - incision. (photo)

Question

I underwent a mole removal by surgical excision a month and a half ago. Last week I noticed the appearance of a small cyst/ pimple like structure at the beginning of my incision. It started as a small reddish swelling after I tried to massage the scar and now it appears white. It feels slightly sore with no specific pain. In the past I observed some sutures coming out of my skin at another point of my incision which I cut out with after sterilizing a pair of small scissors.

I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for an evaluation and after care. I recommend silicone gel with growth factors and hyperbaric oxygen to promote healing. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question and pictures.
I really would suggest that you see the doctor who did the treatment just to check the healing. If the stitches were transparent they do not need to be cut out as they break down but if they were blue then definitely they need to be removed. 
The clear stitches can sometimes leave the whitish residue but you need to check why this is.
