I underwent a mole removal by surgical excision a month and a half ago. Last week I noticed the appearance of a small cyst/ pimple like structure at the beginning of my incision. It started as a small reddish swelling after I tried to massage the scar and now it appears white. It feels slightly sore with no specific pain. In the past I observed some sutures coming out of my skin at another point of my incision which I cut out with after sterilizing a pair of small scissors.
