What should I do if I remove my flat beauty mark? Should I see a dermatologist? (photos)

I removed my flat beauty mark from the right side of my nose at home. (I was very self conscious about it). Then after a couple of days the beauty mark grew back again, so this time I used undiluted apple cider vinegar and it kind of burned my skin but then it made a pinkish flesh like circle around the beauty mark. And it's kind of uprisen now. And it makes me feel much more insecure now. It sometimes tingles a little bit. I was wondering if I can get it removed by a dermatologist?
