One eye feels too open - how can I open the more closed eye to make them even? (Photos)

Hello, I’ve noticed that my eyes appear asymmetrical, particularly in photos. I’ve always assumed I have mild ptosis, but interestingly, I actually prefer the appearance of the eye with the slightly droopier lid. The other eye, which appears more open, seems to have an overactive levator muscle. I’m curious about what procedure could help make the more open eye match the other one. Given that my case is mild, what are the potential risks of such a procedure?
