Ten years after surgery - Can I get back my big eyes again? (Photos)

Hello, I done plastic surgery to my eyes in India changed my eye shape and look completely I look like a very different person now. The doctor took lots of skin and my eyes used to be the most beautiful thing about me and they aren't anymore this were done ten years before. Can my eyes be again as before? Is it possible with skin graft so the eyelids can be sewed again to their previous shape. Anyone can help me. I nearly don't go out because of this. I can pay anything to get back the shape of my eyes before they were round before and big. Now they are small and dull.
