It's been 6 months since I had a few units of Botox injected into my forehead for the first time. The following hours after the consultation I noticed I produced very little amounts of saliva which led to difficulties swallowing. This situation continued until the next day, when I started to feel better and I was totally recovered in a 20 hours time lapse. Currently, the aesthetic effects have already disappeared, so, will I experience the same problem if I get it reinjected? Thank you

Normal saline and bacteriostatic saline are not the same. Bacteriostatic sodium chloride has an extra ingredient that helps to inhibit bacterial growth in the vial. It makes it appropriate for multi use vials.
After 5 months the Botox has likely worn off. From your description you may have festoons. I encourage you to visit with your injector or a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your swelling concerns.
It sounds like the mesobotox may have affected the muscles responsible for smiling and cheek volume. With 20 units per cheek, it's a fairly high dose, and effects like flat cheeks or smile changes can happen if it spreads too deep.
