I had Botox for the first time in my crows feet 5 months ago, swelling under my eyes/top of cheek bones occurred 2 weeks later and has still not gone! I’ve never been so depressed about my appearance in my life, I look about 20 years older and no one can help me, I’ve tried absolutely everything and nothing is helping

After 5 months the Botox has likely worn off.  From your description you may have festoons.  I encourage you to visit with your injector or a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your swelling concerns.

By injecting Botox to the crow feet area, the muscle around the eyes are weakened and laxed which can cause festoons or malar bags. This often happens to people who have “hidden” festoons and Botox reveals or makes it worse.
