Brow lift or upper eyelid surgery? My eyes which look angry or unawake. (photos)

I’m wondering if I should get a brow lift or an eyelid surgery for my eyes which look angry or unawake. I can temporarily fix this problem by forcefully pulling my eyes up with my forehead/eyebrows to look more awake.

You have the two conditions: the elevador of the upper eyelid weak which is causing the position of the upper lid below the normal level and touching the pupils. Plus the position of the brows being lower where it supposed to be. 
So you are candidate for both procedures: re-insertion of the levator muscle and browpexy in a masculine position. 
Your eye appearance will rejuvenate automatically.

You would benefit from a browlift since your eyebrows are below the orbital rim.  They should be at the level of the orbital rim.
