Brow lift or upper eyelid surgery? My eyes which look angry or unawake. (photos)

I’m wondering if I should get a brow lift or an eyelid surgery for my eyes which look angry or unawake. I can temporarily fix this problem by forcefully pulling my eyes up with my forehead/eyebrows to look more awake.

Your age is not the only issue. If your brows are low we could reposition them higher most likely. That should be a semi permanent solution. They will start from a nice place and you will age as you do, but, you will age as someone who had great high brows.

I believe you would benefit from a browlift using a frontal hairline incision. This will lower the hairline, remove some forehead skin and pull up the medial brow. I would wait for the Botox to resolve before doing any surgery. At that time, you may or may not need a blepharoplasty. Best...
