There is not usually a noticeable bald spot in mole removals in eyebrows since the resulting scar is so small. It should look better than leaving the ugly mole. Sincerely,

In such critical area the mole can be taken out vertically and align the brow together meticulously. But you will have a short scar just above and just below the brow.

I frequently remove moles on the eyebrow using an elliptical shaped excision with a layered suture closure using both dissolving and non-dissolving sutures. The resulting thin, linear scar is hidden within the hairs and there should not be a bald spot.
