I have a keloid scar from a C-section . I have a scar the size of a medium brazilnut. It is starting to become painful in my clothes because it protrudes and folds over. Please offer some suggestions. Would steroids be alright being that I am currently breastfeeding but in the process of weaning? - Desperate in NY
