I have two "beauty marks" on my lower water line on the same eye. Can these be removed? (Photo)

I think they cause my eyelashes to not grow there. Can these be removed and would the removal possibly bring my eyelashes back in that area?

Yes this can be removed safely. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. There is always a chance of scar but this can be reduced with good technique and the right treatment choice.  You need to pretreat this ...
