I just had my BA 4 days ago. I LOVE my size and that worries me because I am afraid I may have went too small. I was around a 32B and I got saline implants, 300cc overfilled to 325cc. I'm really wishing I would have done 325cc filled to 350cc! Will my breasts "fill out" after they settle!? Some reassurance please :) Either way I'm very happy with my breast aug.

Answer: Implant volume A 25 cc implant volume difference is not too much. Give it time to heal and see how you feel in a few months.

Answer: Size changes after breast augmentation There are a lot of factors that determine how much your size changes in time after an augmentation. It is important, if you can, to realize that today's results will be drastically different than your long term results, and that most people settle into a better result in time than they get immediately. Meaning things are likely to get better.I'd urge you not to get too bent out of shape with the size, especially right now, for two reasons.1. There is very little difference between 325 and 350 cc's. Put into perspective, that 25cc's is about 1/15th of a can of pop. It's just not likely to make a significant long term difference.2. Women with breast implants often go through different phases with their implants. Many, initially, wish they would have gone a bit larger. In time, and as the novelty of new implants wears off, it is not uncommon for that desire to fade away. When, 5 years from now, your implants are just a part of your life and not something new, your bigger concern may be in finding an appropriately supportive bra to go running in. Things change. You selected a very common implant volume. Might be best to just sit back, be patient, and allow things to evolve.Best,Dr. Pyle
