I have always had a jelly roll and wrinkles under my eye, and they are more obvious whenever I smile. I’ve never had any procedures done, and since I’m only in my twenties, I don’t want to try anything too invasive. Any recommendations?

You should consider starting neurotoxins to the orbicularis oculi muscle to help decrease how much crinkling/creasing you get with smiling. Esp if you are consistent with this, that should train your body to do this a little less. Additionally, you have to work on increasing the resilience of your skin.

There are a few options that may be recommended to improve your concerns.  Sometimes a small amount of Botox can relax a hyperactive muscle under the eye resulting in a softened look.  Caution must be taken for this approach to avoid unwanted effects. Filler under the eye to improve contours is another potential option.  A series of photos without you smiling or an in person evaluation is needed for the best recommendation.
