What kind of alopecia is this? What are the treatment options?

I’m in my early 20s and I have a bald patch on my crown area. Heavy dandruff even though I have oily hair. I have been losing hair for about 7 years now. I had very thick and abundant hair. I’ve lost more than half of the volume all over the head. But in the crown area it's the worst. And when I touch it it feels stiff and I can feel a little bit of pain. 3 of my brothers are also developing bald patches on their crown. My father also had dandruff and hair-loss problem.
