Question

I am a 22 year old male, I have always had issues with my eyes. I have multiple eyelids and I am certainly not happy about them. My eyes are also relatively large so I look like weird and ugly in my opinion not handsome and masculine. This upsets me because most of what is considered to be beautiful for men are hooded eyes like Hemsworth Brothers or Tom Cruise etc.

For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. Hello, your problem is that the lateral canthus area is too soft and loose, which gives you the bad appearance you mentioned. Canthoplasty surgery is the procedure that should be done for you, you don't need to worry about it cause it is a very easy surgery for an experienced surgeon.
