Actually i am suffering from hair loss because i was anorexic now i have recovered but my hair has become thin and i am loosing tons of hair when i take shower Could u please tell me which supplements to take to promote my hair growth

I would need to know more about your story to know precisely what is appropriate - including your current diet. Blood tests at this point are appropriate- so be sure to see your physician for a detailed panel. Again, depending on your story and how severe and how long your anoreixa lasted, different blood tests  might be ordered. At this point, a good well balanced diet is what is needed. See your physician to evaluate ongoing vitamin and mineral deficiencies and current dietary sufficiency.

You have hair loss from anorexia and when this happens, if you have a genetic hair loss problem (male or female) the hair loss may not reverse. Work on a good diet and that is a good start
