I have family that gets very touchy and some of them have a habit of pinching/squeezing other peoples nose as a way of joking. They did that to me last summer but I am going to have a rhinoplasty and will see them 3 months after. I wont tell them about my surgery. Can they cause damage to my cartilage 3 months after if they keep pinching and squeezing my nose?

Without more information, it is difficult to come to any conclusions. The tip may be harder and larger because you are still recovering from surgery. I encourage my patients to not make any judgements about their nose until at least one year after surgery to allow all the swelling to go away...
