Hi, 7 mos ago I received jelly roll Botox from a nurse injector at my derm. Two years of great results from btx, this was first under eye. My eyes swelled horrifically and created ‘planes’ of fluid where under eye and cheek meet. Left eye healed, right eye has a horizontal line running through under eye and dramatic wrinkles. Three derms cannot explain, a plas surg said another year from now *may* lead to recovery, if not a lower bleph is only option. Does this make sense? Other options?

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
Your eyes are pretty symmetric to me. If you are talking about the slight bit of upper lid skin on the left side? then more botox would not help it. It appears from the picture that your left face is higher than the right. If that's the case there will also be some minor differences in each side.
