Generally, the width of somebody's nose does not affect the distance in between somebody's eyes. I understand that you have a change with injectable fillers, however, looking at before and after photos would help the experts to answer your question. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Injectable fillers may be helpful for somebody that has a frankly crooked nasal appearance. In your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance and everything appears to be straight. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
