The movement of your tooth was not connected to your rhinoplasty. You should have a consultation with a dentist or orthodontist about this in order to have it evaluated and possibly corrected. I have never heard of rhinoplasty causing teeth to move. You should consult with an orthodontist who can probably straighten it
