Double smile lines. Will filler help me? What’s the solution please? (photos)

Hi! I think this is partly aging, party my facial structure. When I smile I have deep “second” lines and they are making me crazy. They are more prominent on one side than the other and even more exaggerated when I laugh with my mouth open. I am not even sure what the medical term is for this issue. Please help, thanks !!!

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Hello and thank you for your question and photos.  Filler can help! We like to use juvederm vollure in this area.  Vollure is a hyaluronic acid gel filler lasting up to 10 months for patients.  The filler would be placed right along the fold to soften the depth as well as give the area a little lift.  The lines you make while smiling will still be present, just softer.  Your provider will inject more of the product on the deeper side to make area more symmetrical.  Be sure to incorporate a retinol to help with cell turnover and sun block into your skin care regimen to maintain healthy glowing skin.  Good luck hope this helps!

You will have a significant amount of improvement if you treat your nasolabial folds with a filler like Restylane or Juvederm. Your other option is to fill out your face with the use of your own fat as your face appears to be a rather thin and that condition is purely hereditary.
