Its been exactly 2 weeks since my tt. My ps removed my drain today (thank the Lord) but now my stomach is swollen so bad. It feels and looks like I have gas. Is this normal? Will it go down? I really cant think of getting another drain now having fluid removed via needle.

Answer: Drain removal after TT. Thank you for your question. I would suggest you call your plastic surgeon now. You may have a seroma- collection of fluid. If it is a seroma, serial drainage may treat it, or you may need another drain. Call your surgeon now to be seen. Best wishes.

Answer: Drain removal? You can have swelling after a drain removal. However, it is important that you schedule a follow up appointment sooner rather than later to look at your abdomen because of your increased swelling.
