Its been exactly 2 weeks since my tt. My ps removed my drain today (thank the Lord) but now my stomach is swollen so bad. It feels and looks like I have gas. Is this normal? Will it go down? I really cant think of getting another drain now having fluid removed via needle.

Seroma after abdominoplasty is not too unusual and typically does not cause any long-term problem. It just needs to be adequately drained. If it recurs after several attempts at needle aspiration, it may be helpful to insert a drain for a few days.
