I don't look this bad when I'm naked in front of the mirror these pictures look real bad up close like this. My surgeon wants me to get a full lift with an anchor scar and reduce the size of my right breast (left breast from view in picture) and then do a second procedure to place in implants if desired. I don't have enough money for the lift right now and i feel like I should get implants first before committing to the anchor scars of a lift.
Answer: The Bellesoma Method Thank you for your question and photos,You do not need implants! All you need is a breast lift that will use your own tissue to fill the top of your breasts. The Bellesoma Method was not only designed to achieve upper pole fullness without implants, but it has also eliminated the dreaded vertical scar component. Breasts are beautifully reshaped and elevated with minimum scarring. Long term results are this technique's hallmark. An internal support is fashioned using a woman's own tissue to keep the newly shaped breast high for years to come. Nipple sensitivity along with the ability to breast feed is also preserved. Remember, implants are not stable devices and as such require maintenance in the form of costly revisions. I hope this helps. Best wishes and kind regards, Dr. Gary Horndeski

Answer: Lift or Implants or Both? Hello,Unfortunately, implants without a lift will only make your problem worse and causes your breasts to droop event more. If budget is an issue, you may want to consider a lift only. There will be some volume loss with that approach however. Good luck.

Answer: Breast augmentation and lift Thanks for your question. Breast implants will only address the issue of adding or restoring volume. If you were to only just have implants placed in without a lift or mastopexy the weight of them may cause the breasts to droop further, despite them being placed under the muscle. You may end up less than satisfied and most likely require an additional surgery. Based on your photos it appears you would benefit from a lift in conjunction with implants. There are a few different lift techniques benelli, lollipop or anchor incision. I recommend an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to address a cosmetic treatment plan that suits your individual needs in order to achieve the best outcome.

Answer: Breast Lift Before Implants HI,Based on the pictures, your surgeon is correct in insisting on a full breast lift. Implants alone would be a mistake and give you a very poor result. If you have to choose any operation, then a lift alone would be the wisest route. I hope this helps.Regards,Daniel A. Medalie, MD

Answer: Breast lift with implant Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. With that being said, based on your photographs, the best shape and contour could be achieved with an implant and a wise pattern breast lift. Your nipple sits below the inframammary fold and without a lift in addition to the implant, this will not have a natural shape. A breast lift with an implant can result in a very nice shape if good technique is used. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
