You should be fine to take Viagra 2 weeks after your septoplasty /turbinate reduction surgery.  Generally, Afrin (a nasal decongestant) should not be used for a prolonged period of time.  I recommend that you discuss this with your surgeon.  

Dear bobbybuntin, I would not have a problem with my patient taking Viagra two weeks post septoplasty surgery. Every surgeon has their own post operative instructions and your surgeon will review those with you. Patients may use a saline nasal spray after surgery if prescribed by their surgeon generally not Afrin. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
