Are Pain and Discoloration from Sculptra Normal and Permanent? Mine Has Lasted 11 Months. How Should It Be Treated?

The full effect of Sculptra generally lasts two years.  I would expect around the two year point you might need more Sculptra injected.  Of course there is always individual variability with aging and weight loss which may affect how much Sculptra you will need.

If you are taking coumadin, you will have a greater risk of bleeding and bruising from your Sculptra treatment.  As a result of the increased risk of bruising, you may also experience some more pain and this may make it challenging to massage the treated areas.  

Sculptra is a wonderful product when used correctly.  I would be a little wary of nodular formation in the arms or legs from Sculptra.  I would consult a board certified plastic surgeon for a second opinion.

I can see what you are complaining about.  I would try to dissolve the Belotero in this area with hyaluronidase.  If you have no improvement, its probably due to poor placement of Sculptra and then you can't do much, other than try to camouflage the area with filler around it....
