Hi! Over the years, I gain and lose weight. Now that I am in my 30's, this last time has made my face and jowls sag. It can hold back the skin on my face and see how I used to look. I am not interested in a filler that will only last 6 months. I want something permament. This sagging face makes me look older than my 33 years. Please help me.
Answer: Facelift You’re quite young for a facelift but in your case it would actually give you some nice improvement. A straightforward facelift with nothing fancy. No fat injections no matter who tries to talk you into it

Answer: A minilift with the skin rejuvenation would help a lot and is so easy to undergo. Getting the mini lift under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort and also getting the Morpheus and TCA peel done at the same time for the whole face and neck would look amazing. It is so easy to undergo and results look so amazing and natural.

Answer: Cheek implants There is a flatness to your cheeks that adds to the heaviness of your face. Much of the elevation of the midface can be accomplished with cheek implants. Think of the result that can be achieved with fillers, except cheek implants are permanent. I don't think you need a facelift at this point to obtain an attractive and natural result. Cheek implants are placed in the office with sedation anesthesia and the procedure takes less than an hour.

Answer: Deep plane lift You have heavy marionette lines. With this much weight, your best choice is a deep plane vertical lift. In any case regardless of the treatment, it is difficult to pull out the oral commissures so expect an improvement in the oral commissures, but not complete elimination of them as you are doing with your fingers.

In any case regardless of the treatment, it is difficult to pull out the oral commissures so expect an improvement in the oral commissures, but not complete elimination of them as you are doing with your fingers.
