Dealing with blister from thong bra (Photo)

Question

Does anybody know any remedies for the blister and also the scratches I did to myself. In the first 3 days post op I wore a thong bra and it was super tight, never took it off so I didn't realize I was scratching myself too hard. The thong at is off now so thats allieved the itching. Also, developed blisters underboob near incision, thinking I will just put scar cream on it once I'm able to do that to my incision as well. Any ideas?

It´s very common to have blister, there uncomfortable and sometimes worrisome ... They can form form simple rubbing the skin with a new tight bra, also they form from a reaction due to the glue in the tapes that cover the wound. When I have this problem a change the patients bra to a looser one like a sports bra... I dont cover the wound with any tapes just a simple gauze and I lubricate with neosporin and let them heal to form a crust that eventually falls out.

As long as the blisters are truly from your bra, removing the pressure is your best bet. I also recommend an ointment, such as Aquaphor, until they're healed. 
Importantly, there are some other unusual causes of blisters, such as infection or skin healing problems, so you should reach out to your surgeon to make sure everything is OK.
