My husband has been on Oratane (20mg) for 3 months now. He has +- 4 months to go. Is it safe to fall pregnant while he is on it?

It is not common to have hair loss off Accutane.  You should consult with your dermatologist and/or an endocrinologist to evaluate for other causes for your hair loss.

It is important first to know if you take anything such as supplements for working out that may contribute to your body acne.  If so, then Accutane or any other products won't help you unless you stop those supplements.  If you don't take anything, in most cases Accutane would help...
