Breast reduction short breath/breathing problems. Any suggestions?

Hi Guys,I'm 5days post OP.. I cannot walk around the house without running out of air. I'm asthmatic but I find myself using the pump more than ever... I can't even sit strait watching tv.I feel dizzy and weak I can only breathe properly lying in my back on the bed, is this normal? I don't have any pains,I still have my drains will remove in two days. Please help.
