Thank you for your question. Shaving or threading is fine while on Accutane as there is no skin trauma with those procedures, but I recommend avoiding waxing, laser treatment, etc., for hair removal. A common side effect of Accutane is skin sensitivity and increase risks in scarring with any skin trauma. In my opinion, I would wait 6 months after stopping Accutane before any skin procedures such as tattoos, piercings, surgeries, laser therapy, microneedling, etc. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist that is managing your Accutane treatment regarding any further questions and concerns.
