I am only 19 year old and my hair fallen start when I was of 17 but I noticed it after 1 year ,,now I loss lots of hair only in middle, not in front ,side ,or back ,and my hairs became completely white.I feel so much stress about it because I had lots of hair once and I used to pick many styles but now I have to trimmed my hair in every 15 days ,I have loss lots of hair.please help me . I am seems so much bald in middle of head ,it looks like a bowl ..

Maybe you have hair loss that is not genetic. Maybe you have an autoimmune disease. Maybe you have too much stress.  Maybe it is telogen effluvium.The Internet will leave you with lots of maybes.An examination by a doctor may give you a diagnosis.When you have a diagnosis you can explore treatment options.

You may have a type of hair loss that is different than the regular "male pattern" hair loss. You should consult with a dermatologist or a hair loss specialist to make sure your hair loss is diagnosed properly and treated. I agree with the previous respondents that that the first step for someone with advanced hair loss at such an early age should be a consultation with a hair loss expert, preferably a dermatologist. I also agree that you should not consider hair transplantation. Depending on the diagnosis, your options might include:1) Aggressive combination medical treatment, to consist of finasteride, minoxidil, and low level laser therapy2) Scalp micropigmentation (having small dots tattooed on your scalp to simulate the look of a shaved head)3) Wearing a hair system (hairpiece)4) Shaving your head (with or without scalp micropigmentation).
