I Am 49. I have depressions since childhood. I have a bad skin. Round puberty sort of raynaud around my mouth. Cold weather thee skin there became purple, blue. Then acne around mouth. Then oneven skin en loss of collagen through acnescars. Then 5 years ago did sort mild laser. Raynaud coloration became less. Then they did fract.laser.my face burned and left a lot of white scars. Now my skin is more transulent ,thin and glacy. I cant handel sunexposure. Can i do nanofat microfat or stamcel

Without pictures we can’t make an assessment. Your post does not indicate that facial volume is an issue.

Facial fat grafting is by its very nature unpredictable empreasize and unforgiving.

Fillers are quite the opposite. They are very precise very predictable and forgiving.

For facial volume restoration fillers are usually a better way to go.

I think what you need more than anything else is to find the most experienced talented physicians whether they be plastic surgeons or dermatologist to help you.

Find the right provider and everything falls into place.

Avoid having procedures unless there’s a very clear indication especially procedures that have possible negative consequences. That includes facial fat transfer.
