Would a cheek implant with fat transfer help me achieve a more symmetrical look or should I consider other options?

5 years ago I lost volume only on my right cheek, now my right cheek is sunk deep. I had fat transfer 2 years ago but it didn't work, according to the surgeon who did the fat transfer, I'm too skinny for fat transfer (I'm 60kg, 177cm tall,) 46 years old). Now I'm considering cheek implant combined with some fat transfer as a touch up around the implant and on my left side to get more symmetrical on both sides. Can you please advise what will be my best option? Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. Since the fillers are already in your cheeks the issues are difficult to evaluate. See an experienced oculofacial surgeon who can dissolve the filler and give proper guidance.
Good luck!
