Very recently I embarked on a weight gain journey. I was able to go from 120 lbs to 155 lbs through a calorie surplus, protein and exercise. I also managed to clear grade 3 acne that was concentrated on the lower half of my face and most residual PIH with the help of my dermatologist and a targeted home care regimen. I am currently 24 and have noticed that my smile lines are more prominent specifically on my right side. I want to avoid facial filler and Botox. What else can I do for my face?
